Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Our patent leathers are suede based which provides a flexible fit that can easily be revived by applying our Saphir Neutral Patent Cleaner to shine, nourish and protect against cracking over time.

Take care not to puncture the leather. We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.

Extraordinarily beautiful and well-made shoes!

I don't normally have the budget for such shoes but after following the Habbot range for some time, I decided to lash out and buy a pair.

In truth, I was expecting the price to be for the design flair of these gorgeous shoes. When they arrived however, I couldn't help but also marvel at the quality of craftsmanship. It will no doubt sound strange, but I stroked the soles of these shoes for some time before putting them on (the leather is so marvelously soft). They are a fantastic & classic fit, are ever-so-comfortable, and I have received so many compliments from my work colleagues on these shoes. The take pride of place in my shoe wardrobe.

My dilemma now is that once you've worn shoes of this quality, you'll never want to wear anything else again!!

Elegant and oh so comfortable

I wore these shoes to a wedding and hadn’t had a chance to wear them prior. I have difficulties with my feet, including one fused ankle, so wearing heels is a rare thing. The shoes were amazing to wear for eight straight hours, with no blisters or pressure points. I’m so happy with them and thoroughly recommend.
