If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a combination of metallic leather and bonded glitter textile.
Do not vigorously rub or buff glitter or metallic finishes. If initially stiff, consider using Saphir leather stretch spray to assist you in softening and stretching tight areas. Any habbot shoe that includes a metallic or glitter finish can be lightly sprayed using Saphir Combination Leather Spray. Use lightly to avoid dulling.
Our choice of premium glitter substraight does not shed over time though a small amount of loose excess glitter may be noticeable over the first few wears.
