If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a combination of bonded glitter with suede detailing. Do not vigorously rub or buff glitter finishes. Bonded glitter will greatly soften over time. Any habbot shoe that includes a glitter finish and suede can be lightly sprayed using Saphir Combination Leather Spray. Use lightly to avoid dulling. Our choice of premium glitter substraight does not shed over time though a small amount of loose excess glitter may be noticeable over the first few wears.
